The RAD has been a fan favorite on our lineup since day-one. Featuring a two-zone closure system with a synch-tight interior and one upper strap, the RAD provides the perfect balance between high comfort and high performance. For 2017 we’ve integrated upgrades both inside and out, including our new Gummy Strap closure system, improved interior padding and HHD (heel hold down) technology and our completely reworked K9 mounting system. Slingshot RAD Boot This boot has undergone a complete transformation moving into 2016, and we are stoked to say that it is definitely R.A.D.! We simplified the boot (as compared to previous models) with fixed liner and a new velcro upper zone. The R.A.D. still utilizes the integrated heel-holddown (HHD) system introduced last year, but functions more smoothly with only one lace in the system. These two features make entry and exit of the boot an absolute breeze. The boot is also form fitted to ensure maximum comfort and support while riding. Whether you are looking to ride in the park or on the boat this high performance boot is designed so you can spend more time riding and less time fiddling with a mess of laces. 1 and done!
